What You'll Be Doing

· Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, introducers, and referral partners

· Guiding clients through the mortgage process from initial enquiry to completion, with clarity and care

· Growing your own pipeline through proactive business development and networking

· Delivering an exceptional, consultative experience at every touchpoint

· Maintaining accurate records and keeping up to date with market developments

What We're Looking For

· A strong background in a customer-facing or customer service role — you know how to make people feel heard and valued

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· A natural aptitude for business development and generating your own leads

· Multilingual ability or foreign national background is a significant advantage

· CeMAP qualification

· No CAS status required — we provide comprehensive, high-quality training to set you up for success
