The Bournemouth-based mortgage and insurance network, which has supported advisers for over three decades, continues to expand its diverse panel of lenders to provide greater choice and flexibility for intermediaries and their clients. The addition of Bath Building Society strengthens this offering further, enhancing the range of specialist mortgage solutions available through the network.

For over 120 years it has helped people own homes and manage their savings, bringing a long-standing reputation for personal, relationship-led lending. Its specialist approach to mortgage lending is supported by strong customer service from its professional team. The Society offers innovative products that can be difficult to find elsewhere, specialising in mortgages for first-time buyers, students and older borrowers.

“We are delighted to be part of the Mortgage Intelligence approved panel. This will give their brokers access to our products, to help them offer tailored and high-quality products to customers.

“We design our products with a flexible approach in mind, and our manual underwriting process enables us to do this. In uncertain economic times, every client has a unique set of borrowing needs, and we hope that Mortgage Intelligence can continue to address these requirements with the added benefit of our comprehensive mortgage solutions.”
