June MI LIVE Round Up

Across an exciting three-day period, spanning from 6^th – 8^th June, we took to the road for the first MI LIVE series of 2023. We visited Bristol Golf Club, Silverstone Circuit and Lingfield Park Racecourse as our team travelled the country to help advisers stay ahead of the curve.

It was fantastic to be able to host these events at new and improved venues. From incredibly insightful presentations to action packed masterclasses – MI LIVE had it all! We were joined by some industry giants and specialists to discuss the hottest topics in our industry, also exploring the emerging opportunities and how to get ahead of the curve in 2023. Additionally, feedback throughout the events has been extremely positive with an overall adviser satisfaction rating of 97.4%!

MI Head Office Update

We know you’re always looking to help customers in the best way possible, offering unparalleled advice each and every year. As Consumer Duty closes in, we wanted to give you an update from Head Office – keeping you up-to-date with everything MI and what is going on behind the scenes to help you prepare for the upcoming legislation. Our Head of Marketing, Nick Terry, and Head of Sales, Jason Bryant, opened the events with a morning presentation talking everything Marketing, Consumer Duty, Support Services and more.

Bristol Golf Club

Day one started with a fantastic turnout in Bristol. Presentations delivered great propositions, explaining how advisers can adapt to industry changes. These presentations covered everything, from specialist lending in the new world to delivering good customer outcomes.

Masterclass sessions offered a unique opportunity, allowing our advisers to speak directly with lender and provider representatives in an in-depth conversation. At Mortgage Intelligence we are lucky enough to host some of the mortgage and protection industries’ biggest and well-known names. Networking allowed questions to be answered face to face, as advisers sat with industry experts.

Silverstone

Another change in location for day two as we headed to the home of the British Grand Prix. Ready for another successful event as industry experts deliver their latest propositions, with the benefit of a track side view! Presentations covered an economic outlook, green opportunities, the housing market and all things claims.

Masterclass sessions covered a many of the industry’s latest topics, from delivering fair value in a digital age to a variety of propositions. These sessions had it all, helping our advisers get ahead of the curve in 2023.

Lingfield Park Racecourse

The third day took us to Lingfield Park, for a final session of presentations and masterclasses. Podium presentations focused on the opportunity of talking protection and the support available to advisers. Our masterclasses provided another insightful session, with great engagement from advisers throughout the day.

It’s always a highlight for us, being able to head out on the road and speaking with so many of our advisers. We’re excited to have MI LIVE back and can’t wait to do it all again in the Autumn!
