John joined Mortgage Intelligence as Managing Director in 2024, bringing with him a wealth of over 30 years’ experience, having managed up to Board level in a variety of mortgage, savings and insurance propositions for lenders, insurers and distributors in the UK mortgage market.

With over 30 years’ experience in HR, Training and Development Judi gets her satisfaction from recruiting, developing and retaining great people who can deliver an outstanding service to the Network and Club. Judi joined Mortgage Intelligence in 2016 and is passionate about putting staff and advisers at the heart of the business.

With over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services in both Compliance Audit and Training & Competence. Holding both the level 4 qualifications the Diploma in Financial Services and Advanced Mortgage Advice Certificate. Lisa manages the BAM team to ensure consistent business assurance measures are delivered to our Appointed Representatives effectively.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, including experience running her own protection business consultancy, Angela is passionate about protection. Using her unrivalled expertise, Angela works closely with our members to help maximise their business potential.

With over 20 years’ experience in financial services compliance, Steve has successfully seen Mortgage Intelligence through several significant regulatory changes. His knowledge of the industry allows him to put in place practical and compliant processes across the network.

Having worked in Financial Services for over 8 years, Nick has overseen nationwide multi-channel marketing campaigns for established brands and has also operated as a freelance videographer, copywriter and graphic designer. Nick has helped hundreds of advisers to get started and grow online since joining the company in 2018.

With over 20 years’ experience, Jason travels the country, visiting adviser firms and matching our propositions with adviser businesses. Jason understands that no two adviser firms are the same, which makes the personal visits even more important.

Following a proven track record for delivery throughout 26 years with Countrywide, Graham joined Mortgage Intelligence as head of products and partnerships in 2021. Graham brings a wealth of experience managing and building successful lender relationships and products to provide more choice for advisers.

Robert joined Mortgage Intelligence in 2003 and has ensured that the IT strategy fits the business and adapts to changing needs. Overseeing regulatory changes such as M-Day and Mortgage Market Review, Robert also develops internal support systems in-house.

With over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, and a wide range of experience in Mortgage Intelligence including Business Development, Recruitment, Training & Competence. James manages the BAM team in the South to ensure that the Business Assurance requirements are delivered to our Appointed Representatives effectively.
