MPowered Mortgages partners with Mortgage Intelligence

MPowered Mortgages, the fintech mortgage lender using AI to simplify the mortgage journey for homebuyers and remortgagers, today announces that it has partnered with Mortgage Intelligence, the Bournemouth-based mortgage and insurance network.

Mortgage Intelligence advisers will have access to MPowered Mortgages’ full range of prime residential products, which offers highly competitive rates across its two-, three-, five- and 10-year ranges, with initial rates starting at 4.41%. Through the partnership, borrowers will benefit from a free valuation on every application and a choice of no arrangement fee options. Meanwhile, all remortgage applications benefit from £500 cashback.

MPowered Mortgages’ continued mission to reduce friction in the mortgage application process by utilising AI and smart technology has seen its total number of adviser partners with access to its residential range grow by more than double in the last six months alone. Over 9,000 advisers now have access to its prime residential products.
