The competitive commission splits allow you to earn more from your own generated business at a 70/30 split*, on top of the opportunity to take on leads passed on from the firm at a 50/50 split. There is a joining fee of £199, and then a monthly fee of £199* to join this ever-growing and modern firm which contributes towards the support you will receive in growing your business as well as ensuring you are compliant and offering high quality advice.
*Until network CAS is achieved there will be a monthly fee of £299 and all commission will be split on a 50/50 basis
Responsibilities:
Assisting clients in all types of mortgage enquiries, giving full mortgage and protection advice in accordance with current regulations.
Communicate with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and insurance providers to ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within the required timescale and quality standards met.
Proactive contacting of clients in advance of their mortgage expiry dates and following up referrals and leads, bringing in new clients where possible.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent ability to build rapport
- Mortgage and protection sales experience – Minimum 1 year
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to follow a structured sales process
- Ability to show empathy to customers and your colleagues
- An honest and professional approach to your work
Requirements:
- Full CeMAP or equivalent
- Minimum one year’s advising experience on Mortgage and Protection products
