Clements Financial is a growing mortgage and protection brokerage with a high street office based in Peterborough. We are looking for an experienced mortgage adviser to have a self employed role, with competitive commission splits and an opportunity to grow their own business within our company.
We work alongside multiple Estate Agents and have a strong social media presence which generates a constant supply of leads for our brokers. We work closely with all our brokers to provide industry knowledge and expertise, administration assistance, managed social media and in house marketing support. Clements Financial provides our brokers with: mobile phone, laptop, marketing materials and printer.
Applicants will be able to manage their diary, work from home, and be flexible with working hours – whilst providing clients with the same flexible courtesy.
Applicants must be able to attend meetings and monthly performance check ins in the office and able to get to appointments and Estate Agents when necessary.
Job Type: Self-Employed, Full Time
Pay: Weekly instalments, commission based
